When my dream of starting a Holistic Health business first came to life, I was overwhelmed. Overwhelmed with information, overwhelmed with "mystery diagnoses" that had been thrown at me for years after quite the bout of what I like to call "Medical Roulette."
I was overwhelmed with differing "professional" opinions, outdated information, propaganda pieces and being sold to... but I was simultaneously overwhelmed with a desire to serve, to connect, and to provide. Which was a bit odd, considering I was in the midst of a sudden onset health crises that was totally eclipsing everything else in my life! And I was only 16, a mere teenager! I was so lost on what direction to take to get my life back. Heck for ANY information that could point me in the right direction.
And while I can still say this was by far the darkest time in my life, I really had no idea what convoluted journey I was in for. I was truly "in the dark." And that darkness was encompassing everything I knew. But there was still this light inside me. There's always been this light inside me. Even on the darkest of days. And ALL I wanted was answers!
I've stayed deeply grateful for that light that stayed burning inside me the whole time, because I'm not sure I could've made it here, to you, without it! And though it was a long, winding road for myself
